Breakfast
In our home, the mornings start with a lemon ginger shot before our green smoothies and açai bowls. Sundays we switch it up with gluten free, dairy free pancakes and home-made orange juice!
ACAI BOWL
ACAI BOWL (2 SERVINGS):
- 2/3 cups Almond or Coconut milk
- 2 T Acai powder
- 2 T Maca powder
- 2 T Hemp seeds
- 2 T Chia seeds
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
Mix it all together in the blender and breakfast is ready! We usually like to top it off with home made granola, coconut flakes and some days we add fruit and homemade Nutella!
